RESERVATIONS: Your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed only when a credit card is provided or an advance deposit is made and we have received your signed rental agreement.

DEPOSIT: At time of making your reservation, the first nights’ rental is charged to your credit card. And ten days before your arrival date, the balance is charged to your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation 10 or more days prior to your arrival date, your entire advance deposit will be returned to you, less a 10% handling fee. If less than 10 days notice is given, your deposit will not be refunded, unless we are able to fill your cancelled dates and, if filled, your entire advance deposit less a 10% handling fee will be refunded.

OCCUPANCY: The two bedroom condo is our private unit – Our “Beach House” if you will…. Our two bedroom San Juan condo is planned for four people.  There is a hide-a-bed that may accommodate one small child.  If you are looking for privacy, seclusion, relaxation or a romantic getaway – this San Juan condo is for you.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT: Regular check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when possible, but we need to also consider the departing and/or arriving guests.

SMOKING: The units are non smoking.

PETS: No pets are permitted.

NOISE: This is our private unit and we ask that you respect our neighbors.  Any financial assessment levied on condo owner because of noise or other activities during your reservation time will be charged and collected from you.
